Benjamin Bailey, DDS

A proud Midland native, Dr. Ben Bailey graduated from Dow High School in 2002 before earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Grand Valley State University. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2010—Go Blue! After completing dental school, he returned home to practice alongside his brother, Brian, who retired in 2020.

During dental school, Dr. Ben met his wife, Ashly, a Wisconsinite who initially hesitated to trade the land of cheese curds for the Mitten State. With just the right blend of charm and humor, he convinced her Midland was the coolest place on earth. Today, she couldn’t be happier to call it home.

The Baileys have two energetic boys, Christian and Bodhi, who keep their schedules packed with travel hockey, basketball, soccer, and lacrosse. When they’re not at the sports field or rink, the family loves escaping Up North for summer adventures and traveling together. Their household is rounded out by three lively dogs—Blaze, Echo, and Charles—who add their own dose of daily excitement.

Dr. Ben is passionate about providing exceptional dental care to the community he grew up in. When he’s not at the office, you’ll likely find him shuttling kids to practices, helping coach lacrosse, or squeezing in a workout at the gym. His commitment to family, wellness, and community shines through in all he does.
